Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cutting-edge BI tools and dashboards to facilitate strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with various data tiers to ensure precise and dependable reporting
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends and performance insights
- Improve data quality through meticulous data cleansing and validation
- Optimize reporting processes utilizing SuccessFactors data
- Provide training to managers for effective use of BI tools and dashboards
- Work closely with stakeholders to transform reporting needs into actionable insights
Skills
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst or BI-focused role
- Strong expertise in BI tools development and data analytics
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing and quality management
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce
- Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in training and empowering stakeholders with BI tools
