Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge BI tools and dashboards to facilitate strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with various data tiers to ensure precise and dependable reporting
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends and performance insights
  • Improve data quality through meticulous data cleansing and validation
  • Optimize reporting processes utilizing SuccessFactors data
  • Provide training to managers for effective use of BI tools and dashboards
  • Work closely with stakeholders to transform reporting needs into actionable insights

Skills

  • Proven experience in a Data Analyst or BI-focused role
  • Strong expertise in BI tools development and data analytics
  • Hands-on experience with data cleansing and quality management
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce
  • Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in training and empowering stakeholders with BI tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
