JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a User Experience Designer, where you'll have the opportunity to create innovative prototypes and enhance user experiences for web and mobile platforms. We are looking for a creative individual who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to contribute to user-centered design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, focusing on user experience and visual aesthetics.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to refine ideas and align project direction.
  • Participate actively in design sprints and workshops, contributing to user-centered design solutions.
  • Maintain a quick turnaround on design iterations and effectively incorporate feedback.
  • Engage in team rituals such as daily stand-ups and design reviews to foster collaboration and communication.

Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app prototypes and interactions.
  • Proficiency in high-fidelity prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle, or similar.
  • Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/React Native, and familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing complex motion systems and micro-interaction patterns for mobile interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Figma technical capabilities, including API and plugin development.
  • Background in advancing early-stage design thinking and storytelling through prototyping.
