We are seeking a talented freelance video editor to join our team and contribute to a variety of marketing, corporate, and educational video projects. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse projects, delivering high-quality edits under tight deadlines. This is a freelance engagement and hours will vary depending on business needs (about 20-40 hours/month) 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with producers to edit video content from provided footage, templates, and creative direction.
• Ensure all edits align with brand and editorial standards, delivering polished and professional results.
• Apply templates efficiently across series-based projects and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Deliver first cuts and revisions promptly while integrating into a structured review and approval process.

Skills

• Over 5 years of professional video editing experience, showcasing a strong portfolio with high-level polish.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing freelance scheduling.
• Reliable availability for short-notice projects with clear deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with After Effects and editing multi-camera shoots.
• Comfort working with multiple reviewers and incorporating feedback efficiently.
