• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate multiple moving parts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize learning analytics to refine programs and demonstrate their impact on business outcomes.

Skills

• Proven experience in developing enterprise learning or AI-focused initiatives.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing large-scale learning programs in AI or digital skills.
• Ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and vendor partnerships effectively.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across HR, Technology, and business leaders.
