JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Design Operations Project Manager, where you'll drive strategic initiatives and enhance design maturity in a collaborative environment. This role is perfect for those passionate about operational excellence within design operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives to advance design maturity and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior design leaders and cross-functional teams to define project scopes and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and identify potential risks.
  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and overcome project challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and reporting standards for strategic projects.
  • Oversee design tool governance and coordinate with vendors as necessary.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management, especially in design operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design thinking methods and design systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with design industry tools such as Figma and Mura.
  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders and drive collaboration.
