JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Product Owner, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping innovative financial planning solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive product strategy and collaborate across various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to continuously deliver value and enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product priorities with strategic goals and provide development feedback.
  • Innovate and evolve the product in line with strategic priorities, maintaining and refining the product roadmap.
  • Create and prioritize user stories to focus on maximum business value aligned with product strategy.
  • Work with other product teams to align roadmaps and ensure maximum business value delivery.
  • Engage regularly with customers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure product success and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and overcome obstacles.

Skills

  • 4-6 years of relevant business experience.
  • Proficiency in developing business cases, roadmaps, and product execution strategies.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work and communicate rationale effectively.
  • Experience in defining high-quality business requirements and Agile story writing.
  • Leadership skills to coordinate and motivate teams beyond direct reporting relationships.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of iterative development, software development processes, and Agile principles.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management, market and user research, and technology management.
  • Passion for new technology and trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with user interface design and best practices for usability.
