Join a dynamic team where your passion for fashion and storytelling can shine! As a Project Coordinator/Archives Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in managing archival projects and engaging with visitors, bringing our brand's history to life.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate archival projects, including asset intake and processing.
- Lead tours and support activations and installations at corporate hubs.
- Handle research requests and ensure efficient archival asset management.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to enhance digitization efforts.
- Maintain both onsite and offsite storage spaces and assist with general project management tasks.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and digital imaging software.
- Comfortable with public speaking and possessing a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in archival assistance, ideally within a corporate setting.
- Educational background in library science, archival/museum studies, or related fields.
- Interest in fashion and storytelling to enhance engagement initiatives.
