Join our dynamic team as an Admin Assistant in a hybrid role, where you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations through effective travel, meetings, and project coordination and administrative support. This position offers a blend of on-site and remote work, providing flexibility and an engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage executive and team calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips.
- Support cross-functional projects by maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Prepare and format professional documents, meeting summaries, and reports, ensuring clarity and visual presentation.
- Act as a liaison across teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project milestones and dependencies, escalating risks or delays as necessary.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or coordination, with a proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with project management tools such as SharePoint, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing and document formatting abilities.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Bi-lingual proficiency in additional languages based on business needs.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders with calendar management and scheduling.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work culture.
