Join our team as a dynamic Supply Tech Business Systems Partner and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of systems and tools to enhance central programs and strategies.
- Effectively communicate project progress and roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various teams to define and refine essential support systems and processes.
- Assist Sales and Business teams with technical implementations that align with strategic goals.
- Manage technical work portfolios and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet project objectives.
- Prioritize team requests to align with business objectives and ensure visibility into project roadmaps.
- Partner with teams to manage data, insights, and reporting from systems and tools.
Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement or operations roles.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee complex projects from start to finish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent work environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and GSuite.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with systems such as Gong and MixMax.
- Experience across the customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, sales, and customer success.
- Strong strategic and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to build relationships across complex organizations.
