JOB DESCRIPTION
Join a dynamic team as an HR Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting various Human Resources functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with employees and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation, policy acknowledgments, and termination meetings.
  • Administer employee benefits enrollment and changes; maintain accurate data entry in carrier systems and HRIS.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, forms, and HR processes.
  • Maintain electronic employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support HR operations by assisting with audits, verifications, subpoenas, and routine HR projects
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and provide administrative support across departments, including facilities access and safety initiatives.
  • Lifting of supplies, files and related materials is required (up to 25 lbs.).
  • Ensure all HR activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Skills
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Federal and State employment laws.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or similar HR management systems.
  • Project management skills and experience leading orientation sessions.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
