JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Merchandising Manager where you'll drive the seasonal strategy and product line creation in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regional relevance and achieve financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage regional line architecture and assortment strategies, balancing brand and market objectives.
  • Provide feedback on styles and line plans to global counterparts, ensuring consumer-centric assortments.
  • Monitor and manage in-season marketplace execution to meet financial goals.
  • Analyze consumer demand trends to inform planning and assortment decisions.
  • Identify and drive regional relevance through initiatives like SMU and Capsules.
  • Define and present category strategies to planning, marketing, and channel teams.

Skills

  • Proven experience in merchandising strategy and line architecture development.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret consumer trends and market data.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a retail or apparel environment.
  • Familiarity with global merchandising processes and strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
