JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving operational excellence and supporting growth initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize host acquisition and retention, ensuring scalability and efficiency across markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights that inform leadership decisions.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to maximize the impact of programs and business outcomes.
  • Enhance field team efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities and leveraging sales data for strategic decisions.
  • Partner with various teams to streamline workflows and implement new process improvements effectively.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in marketplace, growth, or supply operations, ideally within a consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and BI tools like Tableau.
  • Proven project management abilities with a strong focus on ownership and results-oriented outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design and evolve business models.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SMB and B2B sales cycles and familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional projects.
