Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with clear milestones.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of leadership.
• Document project status, manage risks, and ensure transparency in project delivery.
• Coordinate and prioritize agendas for key meetings and discussions.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate stakeholder sessions.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Experience with design-thinking tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools like Qualtrics, Jira, Figma, and PowerBI.
• Background in agency or consulting environments.
• Self-directed project management and planning abilities.
