Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather insights and align stakeholders.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with clear milestones.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of leadership.
- Document project status, manage risks, and ensure transparency in project delivery.
- Coordinate and prioritize agendas for key meetings and discussions.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate stakeholder sessions.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Experience with design-thinking tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like Qualtrics, Jira, Figma, and PowerBI.
- Background in agency or consulting environments.
- Self-directed project management and planning abilities.
