Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that combines project management with extensive travel opportunities? We are seeking an experienced Project Program Manager to lead and oversee high-impact projects across the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site execution and manage third-party labor teams during night shifts.
- Implement and complete specific phasing plans each night, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain effective communication between site operations and senior leadership.
- Travel extensively to various locations, ensuring project continuity and efficiency.
- Modify existing grocery buildings to meet new design and customer requirements.
- Ensure all installations comply with permitted standards and food health safety regulations.
- Work in live operational environments without disrupting customer or associate experiences.
Skills
- Proven project management experience, ideally within construction, grocery, or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft products, smart sheets, and CAD software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work night shifts.
- Ability to read and interpret composite drawings.
- Reside near a major airport or metropolitan city for efficient travel arrangements.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience with Amazon or similar retail environments.
- Financial analysis capabilities and PMP certification.
- Background in engineering or construction.
