JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Project Program Manager where you'll oversee critical projects with extensive travel across the US, ensuring seamless execution and communication. This remote role demands flexibility and expertise in managing third-party teams during night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site execution of projects, ensuring all phases are completed nightly
  • Manage and coordinate third-party labor teams effectively
  • Communicate consistently with site operations and senior leadership
  • Travel extensively within the continental US to oversee project sites
  • Review designs, order shelving, and supervise installations to meet standards
  • Adapt and implement changes in live operational environments without disruption

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft software and specialized tools like CAD and Bluebeam
  • Strong communication skills for high-pressure decision-making
  • Ability to read and interpret composite drawings
  • Preparedness to travel frequently and work night shifts
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with Amazon or similar major retail projects
  • Financial analysis skills for project budgeting
  • PMP certification and background in engineering or construction
