Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, ensuring they align with our organizational goals.
- Create and implement comprehensive test plans to maintain quality throughout the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate the resolution of defects and facilitate daily calls to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects adhere to deadlines and budgets.
- Provide guidance and support to program staff to enhance their performance and collaboration.
- Establish long-term goals and evaluate program effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a strong focus on quality management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in program management.
