Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, ensuring they align with our organizational goals.
• Create and implement comprehensive test plans to maintain quality throughout the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate the resolution of defects and facilitate daily calls to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects adhere to deadlines and budgets.
• Provide guidance and support to program staff to enhance their performance and collaboration.
• Establish long-term goals and evaluate program effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a strong focus on quality management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams effectively.
