We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create impactful marketing materials while collaborating with various departments to enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Utilize graphic design software to create engaging designs, layouts, and copy for marketing materials.
- Collaborate with sales and public relations teams to develop effective communication strategies.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with creating marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.
- Previous collaboration with marketing teams on branding initiatives.
- Experience in developing creative solutions to meet project goals.
