Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of Workday HCM modules, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Strategize and manage compensation plans, providing insights for salary assessments and bonus structures.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance Workday Recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support the configuration of Workday Talent Management modules to drive effective talent development and workforce planning.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Workday HCM.
- Proven track record in designing and administering compensation plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication abilities to work effectively across diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday Talent Management modules, including performance and succession planning.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
