Responsibilities

• Develop and update control room plans using CAD standards and design principles.
• Translate site photos into precise layouts for equipment placement.
• Create detailed line diagrams in accordance with store specifications for low-voltage design.
• Work closely with engineers and contractors to refine plans and resolve design issues.
• Clearly communicate design assumptions and constraints to cross-functional teams.

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in low-voltage design, telecom room layout, or structured cabling design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk/Revit or similar CAD software.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical, architectural, and low-voltage schematics.
• Attention to detail with the ability to convert incomplete information into accurate CAD layouts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing telecom spaces in large retail or multi-site environments.
• Familiarity with various UPS models and low-voltage infrastructure design.
• Understanding of NEC clearances and structured cabling standards.
