JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Project Manager and lead dynamic communications projects from start to finish. This role offers a fast-paced environment where you can collaborate with diverse teams to achieve impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure alignment across various teams.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders to drive project progress.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Identify risks and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare comprehensive status reports and updates to keep all parties informed.

Skills

  • Proven project management experience, especially within creative or marketing environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with communications project management concepts and methodologies.
