We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee a nationwide lighting replacement program. This role offers the chance to manage complex projects while working with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for project coordination with vendors and client locations.
- Provide detailed reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Simultaneously manage several projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Lead project phases from start to finish using PMBOK methodologies.
- Develop communication strategies and risk management plans.
- Facilitate bidding and contract negotiation processes.
- Conduct project reviews and compile final documentation for successful closure.
Skills
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly with multi-site projects.
- Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proficient in managing third-party vendors and effective communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while upholding high-quality standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with lighting retrofit projects and knowledge of supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP and Smartsheet.
- Holding a PMP certification is a plus.
