We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee a nationwide lighting replacement program. This role offers the chance to manage complex projects while working with a variety of teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for project coordination with vendors and client locations.
• Provide detailed reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Simultaneously manage several projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Lead project phases from start to finish using PMBOK methodologies.
• Develop communication strategies and risk management plans.
• Facilitate bidding and contract negotiation processes.
• Conduct project reviews and compile final documentation for successful closure.

Skills

• Extensive experience in project management, particularly with multi-site projects.
• Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficient in managing third-party vendors and effective communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while upholding high-quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with lighting retrofit projects and knowledge of supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP and Smartsheet.
• Holding a PMP certification is a plus.
