Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational support for IT infrastructure, including installations, moves, adds, and changes.
• Conduct maintenance and repair of desktop devices, applications, and network systems.
• Implement and support specialized airline equipment and server platforms.
• Execute physical relocations of IT devices as per service requests.
• Demonstrate flexibility by participating in on-call and weekend work as needed.

Skills

• 2-4 years of formal IT training or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Proficient in Windows workstations and peripheral devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the airline industry is advantageous.
• A+ Certification is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of network and server applications, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
