JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Scrum Master, where you'll lead transformative projects remotely from anywhere in the US. This role offers the opportunity to drive agile practices within a talented and diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate engaging team meetings, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
  • Guide teams in implementing Agile methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with personnel to identify and resolve project obstacles efficiently.
  • Ensure all project outcomes meet quality standards and corporate policies.
  • Provide strategic input to boost organizational efficiency across divisions.

Skills

  • At least five years of experience in a formal Scrum Master role.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in larger, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in resource planning and strategic goal setting.
  • Familiarity with managing matrix teams.
