JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic digital studio as a Technical Associate, where you'll be at the forefront of innovative production support, blending IT expertise with studio operations and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for Macintosh workstations, ensuring seamless studio operations.
  • Conduct routine monitor calibrations to maintain exceptional color accuracy.
  • Manage and troubleshoot studio infrastructure, including connectivity and equipment setups.
  • Utilize AI tools to develop and optimize scripts for enhancing workflow automation.
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking and offer backup support for Digital Asset Management systems.

Skills

  • Proficient in Macintosh operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or AppleScript, with a knack for leveraging AI tools.
  • Solid understanding of network troubleshooting and server connections.
  • Expertise in monitor calibration tools and software.
  • Effective problem-solving skills during high-pressure situations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Jamf Administration and policy building.
  • Familiarity with tethered photography workflows and Capture One.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level Asset Management systems.
