We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to payroll processing and administration while working with a dynamic group of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the validation and testing of payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and validate load files for payroll conversions and testing activities.
• Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues, ensuring smooth payroll processing.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures related to payroll operations.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to address inquiries and provide solutions.

Skills

• 3-5 years of operational experience with ADP Global View or similar payroll systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with time and attendance systems, including leave of absence processes.
• Experience in auditing payroll inputs and outputs for discrepancies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to payroll processing.
