We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead executive-level initiatives within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape project governance and ensure successful delivery while collaborating with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain program structure, operating cadence, and effective communication for projects.
- Collaborate with business owners to define workstreams and prioritize tasks for optimal project execution.
- Manage project delivery by creating comprehensive project plans and tracking progress against milestones.
- Oversee risk mitigation strategies and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure robust documentation and transparency regarding project status and issue resolution.
- Align project status with business owners and escalate key decisions as necessary.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in executive or non-technical roles.
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of projects.
- Proficient in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in governance frameworks and project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with financial management tools and reporting processes.
