Join our team as a Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions by crafting scalable reporting solutions and insightful analytics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and integrate data across various business areas to identify connections between different data sources.
- Deliver data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Create scripts to process data, aiding in business analysis, reporting, and optimization.
- Develop comprehensive queries to explore and resolve business-related challenges.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL query writing and automation script development.
- In-depth experience with Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools for dashboard creation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent task prioritization and follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
