JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead impactful projects in the financial sector? Join a dynamic team where your skills in project management will drive success and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage small to mid-size projects or phases of larger projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder interests.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, managing dependencies, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Implement change management strategies, including communication and training initiatives.
  • Oversee project budgets, financial tracking, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues and risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for connecting the dots.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating project visions and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • PMI certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies, such as waterfall and agile.
