Responsibilities
- Lead and manage small to mid-size projects or phases of larger projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder interests.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, managing dependencies, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Implement change management strategies, including communication and training initiatives.
- Oversee project budgets, financial tracking, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues and risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for connecting the dots.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating project visions and engaging diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- PMI certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies, such as waterfall and agile.
