Join our team as a PLM Implementation Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between business, technology, and user experience, significantly impacting product development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for users, addressing inquiries and providing guidance to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to communicate updates and gather feedback for PLM enhancements.
• Create and manage user-facing materials, including training guides and release notes, to facilitate understanding and adoption.
• Assist in product management tasks such as documenting requirements and validating functionality.
• Support change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions as new features are introduced.
• Monitor user engagement and system adoption, identifying opportunities for improved training and communication.

Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in product management or product marketing.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail or consumer products sectors.
• Familiarity with Owned Brand PLM systems and product development processes.
• Knowledge of Apparel & Accessories, Home & Hardlines, and Essentials & Beauty product categories.
