Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clean, testable code for assigned projects.
- Resolve system and client experience impacts across various applications and platforms.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to foster growth and development.
- Stay updated with industry trends in banking and technology.
- Ensure adherence to information security standards in coding practices.
- Evaluate and test emerging technologies during the selection process.
- Utilize technical documentation and project artifacts effectively in code development.
- Follow established standards and best practices diligently.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related fields or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in relational databases and SQL programming logic.
- Strong understanding of .Net, C#, and SQL – Oracle languages.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in supporting commercial lending processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
- Experience with geographically diverse teams, JIRA, and Git lab.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and advanced .Net frameworks.
