JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Brand Product Development Contractor and play a pivotal role in the creation of innovative healthcare products. This exciting opportunity allows you to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the development and enhancement of healthcare items.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage product development projects for various healthcare products independently.
  • Ensure all owned brand Healthcare OTC products have complete and approved specifications in the internal PLM system.
  • Conduct thorough product and market research, and establish specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for sample reviews and evaluate samples based on established guidelines.
  • Monitor quality improvements and analyze guest reviews to enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and business partners to achieve project goals.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 1-5+ years of relevant experience in product development, especially in food, nutraceutical, or chemical sectors.
  • Proficiency in PLM systems and a strong understanding of consumer product testing and safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and conducting sensory evaluations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Capability to convey technical details across various departmental levels.
