JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee executive-level projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals. This role offers the opportunity to establish impactful project structures and collaborate with diverse teams to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the program structure, including operating cadence and meeting facilitation.
  • Coordinate with business owners to define workstreams and prioritize project efforts.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including critical paths and key milestones.
  • Track project delivery, financials, and reporting for executive-level materials.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in executive-level environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
  • Expertise in project planning and financial management.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and status reporting.
