JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Project Manager where you will lead high-impact projects across multiple business areas. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant change and innovation within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee large-scale projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication and reporting among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct lessons-learned reviews to enhance future project success.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as waterfall and agile.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Experience in the financial or banking industry.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management practices.
  • Ability to manage virtual teams and third-party resources effectively.
