Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and reporting among project team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct lessons-learned reviews to enhance future project success.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Experience in the financial or banking industry.
- Familiarity with organizational change management practices.
- Ability to manage virtual teams and third-party resources effectively.
