Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, where you'll be instrumental in advancing our commercial banking digital platform. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site collaboration, offering an exciting opportunity to impact business processes and application capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams to improve application capabilities and streamline business processes.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to support development and enhancement projects.
- Lead sessions to gather requirements and translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
- Review business processes to identify and implement improvement strategies.
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality application releases.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk management, and IT process principles.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in requirement elicitation and testing for complex systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in technical writing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Experience in vendor system integration and data conversion between systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence and data visualization techniques.
