JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Data Scientist, where you'll be instrumental in shaping a cutting-edge data and AI platform to deliver transformative insights. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects and mentor aspiring engineers and data scientists.

Responsibilities

  • Design and expand a robust data and AI platform, integrating cloud-based data pipelines and analytics APIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement predictive models for business decision-making.
  • Integrate the platform with internal systems and external SaaS offerings for seamless operation.
  • Develop and optimize machine learning models using advanced algorithms.
  • Lead initiatives to improve model accuracy through synthetic data generation.
  • Implement automation and monitoring systems to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members in developing scalable ML workflows.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI platform development.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Vertex AI, and related tools.
  • Ability to design and deploy models using Scikit-learn and XGBoost.
  • Strong understanding of web behavior analytics and CRM data structures.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical outputs into actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in productizing data/AI capabilities for SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems and predictive analytics.
  • Proven track record of leading projects from concept to deployment.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is advantageous.
