Join our dynamic team as an Asset Management Specialist, where you'll leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to enhance and support asset management processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team, driving process improvements and ensuring seamless integration into our new ServiceNow environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the asset management team to assess current practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure effective implementation of asset management workflows in the new ServiceNow system.
- Provide expertise in leveraging ServiceNow to support and enhance asset management processes.
- Strengthen the reliability and maturity of the organization's asset management capabilities.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth transition for candidates during the hiring process.
Skills
- Proven experience in asset management with a strong understanding of core processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly within asset management modules.
- Ability to translate current processes into effective ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong communication skills to guide teams through process adoption.
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in identifying opportunities to optimize business processes.
- Background in supporting system transitions or implementations in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow implementation and development.
