JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cutting-edge test automation frameworks using advanced tools.
  • Seamlessly integrate automated tests into deployment pipelines to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough performance testing to ensure system reliability and support infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to establish comprehensive test strategies and ensure robust test coverage.
  • Analyze test outcomes, identify issues, and spearhead resolution efforts swiftly.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster growth and leadership within the team.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and quality metrics effectively to stakeholders.
  • Support manual testing efforts and articulate complex requirements for test case development.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in test automation and quality engineering practices.
  • Proficiency in using Playwright, Selenium, and integration testing methodologies.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and C#.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration for efficient workflow management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in life insurance, finance, or related industries is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and cloud-native tools enhances performance.
  • Experience with Browserstack or similar cloud services is advantageous.
  • Ability to mentor within a collaborative team structure, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Experience with low code solutions like TOSCA and MABL adds value to the role.
