JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Scrum Master where you'll lead Agile initiatives and drive software solutions that enhance our technology projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and escalate impediments to progress, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define action items, manage issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Encourage team self-organization and motivate members to focus on achieving iteration goals.
  • Support the planning and coordination of testing environment deployments and application integration testing.

Skills

  • Proven experience in Agile technology delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Expertise in time management and budgeting to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with iterative and incremental development methodologies.
  • Prior experience working with financial services or banking clients is advantageous.
