JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Product Manager where you'll lead the charge in data stewardship and governance within the retail industry. Your expertise will drive impactful decisions and elevate our data management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data stewardship initiatives ensuring high-quality data management practices.
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies across customer, marketing, and loyalty domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and systems.
  • Present data insights and recommendations to executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management.

Skills

  • Proven experience in data stewardship or governance, particularly within the retail sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer data flows and marketing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with data quality management tools like Collibra and Alation.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage C-Suite executives.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with product hierarchy structures in both physical stores and eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams in data-related projects.
  • Advanced understanding of loyalty program data management.
