JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Program Product Manager, where you'll play a key role in developing and managing innovative consumer-facing payment products. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of projects affecting new consumer-facing payment products.
  • Act as a bridge between External Payment Services and internal customers, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
  • Define requirements, plan delivery, and design websites and features to support payment product initiatives.
  • Provide escalation management, anticipate tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with the site operations team to review CADs and ensure proper area usage for each business within the parent site.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to verify hardware blueprints and ensure necessary coverage.
  • Manage installation timelines and communicate vendor and site installation needs effectively.
  • Partner with stakeholders on tech simulations for IDF access and schedule post-installation environment validation.
  • Work with procurement to manage hardware needs by site.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of industry experience in construction management/administration or as a technical lead.
  • Proven track record of successful software product delivery from conception to deployment.
  • Strong ability to drive deployment of new products by working on the business side of projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different groups within an organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience with Amazon is a bonus.
  • Background in construction management/administration or project/program management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD.
