JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Technical Support Analyst where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations and hardware procurement. This dynamic position offers a chance to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT hardware procurement and collaborate with external suppliers to streamline processes.
  • Communicate project status and operational issues effectively to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Understand and address business and technical requirements for equipment requests.
  • Assist suppliers with payment issues and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage large volumes of work.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

  • BS or BA degree in Business or Information Technology with relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience in the airline industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Ariba procurement processes and SAP for effective procurement management.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with Microsoft Visio for creating process flows.
