JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Technical Product Owner and drive innovation in a collaborative and agile environment. This role offers the chance to lead projects and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project scope and timelines to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Facilitate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote a productive Agile environment.
  • Mentor team members in Agile methodologies and encourage effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external communications with stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs and manage new requests efficiently.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Guide development teams to improve Scrum practices and overall efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable products.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.

Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
