AI Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple AI-related projects from conception to deployment.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively devise mitigation strategies.
• Implement tracking systems to monitor project progress and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Deliver clear status reports to management, highlighting progress and resource needs.
• Advocate for best practices in project management while ensuring adherence to organizational goals.

Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in technical projects.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven expertise in managing projects with cross-functional dependencies.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies tailored to AI/ML development.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and cloud platforms.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications in a related field.
