Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements efficiently.
• Analyze data to validate requirements and propose potential solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Support the development of functional specifications and assist in the documentation process.
• Conduct training sessions and ensure knowledge transfer to support teams prior to system go-live.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders on key milestones.

Skills

• Strong organizational and task prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and validation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Scrum Master.
• Familiarity with SQL and data management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
