JOB DESCRIPTION

Sr. Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our Product & Technology team. This pivotal role will focus on developing and implementing innovative legal technology solutions that support strategic goals within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Legal team to understand workflows, challenges, and technology needs.
  • Utilize design thinking workshops to build and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Lead the selection and continuous improvement of legal technology platforms.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Legal, IT, and external vendors.
  • Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for product optimization.
  • Stay updated on legal technology trends and innovations in the industry.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
  • Experience with legal technology platforms and supporting legal operations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively translate legal needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficient in agile/scrum methodologies and product management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management processes.
  • Experience in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to draw business-relevant conclusions from data.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
