JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Developer specializing in Salesforce Agentforce, where you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and drive innovative AI solutions that enhance business and member experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective agentic solutions.
  • Develop and optimize data integrations, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automations.
  • Contribute throughout the solution lifecycle from initial design to final deployment, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Drive business outcomes through hands-on implementation of autonomous agentic solutions.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform development, including Agentforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong background in AI technologies, especially in deploying agentic solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within agile teams and engage with business stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Platform App Builder or Certified Platform Developer II.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries and familiarity with CI/CD solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
