JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a PC Technician and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations within a dynamic environment. Your expertise will help drive technological solutions that enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to assess and define IT needs for business processes.
  • Create detailed documentation and mapping of business processes for future IT solutions.
  • Address end-user requirements and facilitate business process redesign and documentation.
  • Manage the configuration, deployment, installation, and support of site infrastructure, including workstations and servers.
  • Provide comprehensive software support for both standard and local applications, including VMware and Windows OS.

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Information Technology, ideally in a manufacturing or similar setting.
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently with moderate supervision and effectively identify issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with VMware and networking solutions is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in documenting and mapping business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration.
