Responsibilities

• Develop and automate insightful reports and dashboards for the team.
• Craft SQL queries to analyze data sets and extract meaningful insights.
• Transform business needs into effective data solutions supporting risk and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to design and build an Identity Master database.
• Contribute to data governance and validation processes ensuring data accuracy.
• Execute reporting within established risk and control frameworks.

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis or BI development.
• Proficient in SQL for querying, transformations, and optimization.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building database structures or contributing to data architecture.
• Knowledge of data modeling or governance concepts.
• Background in financial services or insurance is a plus.
