Responsibilities

• Develop and conceptualize video projects with compelling narratives and visual storytelling.
• Conduct interviews and provide direction to talent, ensuring the story aligns with the creative vision.
• Oversee art direction, including camera angles and composition, to enhance project quality.
• Manage the editing process, ensuring the final product meets high creative standards.
• Collaborate with designers and motion graphics editors to optimize project outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of four years of professional creative experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including direction, lighting, and editing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
