Responsibilities
- Develop and conceptualize video projects with compelling narratives and visual storytelling.
- Conduct interviews and provide direction to talent, ensuring the story aligns with the creative vision.
- Oversee art direction, including camera angles and composition, to enhance project quality.
- Manage the editing process, ensuring the final product meets high creative standards.
- Collaborate with designers and motion graphics editors to optimize project outcomes.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of four years of professional creative experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of video production processes, including direction, lighting, and editing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
