Responsibilities
- Implement Agile/Scrum principles to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
- Prioritize tasks by collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project timelines.
- Maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and risks, providing clear communication on progress and status.
- Develop and monitor key program metrics, ensuring proactive communication with leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external project sponsors.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management, business administration, or information technology, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in supporting complex technology projects as a servant leader.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead through influence and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other related certifications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
